My name is Susen Lee, I am the founder of Transformation Success Code™ and the creator of the Inner Power Report.
For over 20 years, I was in a fast paced corporate environment as an IT Business Management Consultant. I was constantly after the next big gig that paid well. As the years went by, I was attracting the same type of work that I was deemed good at. I knew I needed to break my own glass ceiling. In 2019, I left my management consulting career and started Transformation Success Code™.
